When enquiring about, or purchasing one or more goods, and/ or one or more products, and/ or one or more services, together the “Item” or “Items” through this website - tipea.online, You confirm You have read, accepted, and understand this policy as a condition of receiving the Item or Items, and You must do so prior to making payment or receiving the Item or Items.

Tipea.online is owned and operated by TIPEA Limited, Company number 16544123, with a registered office address of Premier House, 127 Duckmoor Road, Ashton Gate, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS3 2BJ, referred to throughout these terms as “TIPEA”. If the words “We”, “Our” or “Us” are used it also means TIPEA.
3. Because of where We are based, these terms are governed by English law. We are committed to protecting Your privacy. We will keep Your data private and will only use it for the purposes set out in this statement, in accordance with all applicable laws including the Data Protection Act (1998) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. When this policy use “You” or “Your”, that means you, the enquirer or purchaser of the Item or Items. It does not matter if You are a paying using your own funds, or a corporate payment method is used, or a company is paying on behalf of one or more individuals, this policy shall apply.

When You make an enquiry or complete a booking form in whatever form, including but not limited to a physical form, an email form, post or fax, We will ask You for the information necessary for Us to deal with your enquiry or booking. This will include personal information such as your name, address, company and email (and/ or other) contact details.
Use of your data
6. We use Your personal data that You have provided to Us in manage Your enquiry, and/ or to provide You with more information about an Item or Items, or to pay for the same. Your information will be used to process Your transaction, and to request any information as Your tutor may require, and to provide You with material ahead of the Item or Items being delivered. We hold all Your information securely. We may also use Your personal data to provide post Item or Items materials and information.
7. We will provide tutor(s), who are under contract to Us, with Your personal data as may be required for their facilitation and/ or delivery of the Item or Items. They are not permitted to market any further or alternative service, Item or Items to you which are not Our services, Item or Items.
8. Such tutor(s), who are under contract to Us, may use Your personal data to contact you pre or post delivery of the Item or Items solely in connection with the delivery thereof. For example if the Item is a training course and You have requested further information, such as a question to be answered, the tutor may contact You and/ or all participants for that Item to provide the response.
9. We may, if We are asked to, provide Your name to the PEB, or other examination board, or a Regulator, to say which course(s) You have attended, and/ or which tutor(s) You have been in contact with, to avoid any conflict of interest for any tutor who is also under contract to such a body.
10. We will not put You on any general email list unless You ask us to.
11. If You are on our general email list and You wish to be removed, please email us at info@tipea.online and We will remove Your email address as soon as practicable, and We may confirm to You that We have done so.
12. If You pay for an Item or Items using a credit or debit card, details are processed by a third party, and We do not hold Your card details. The provider changes from time to time, please ask Us if You wish to know who they are.
13. As a part of the Item or Items You may form part of a group of others who work together, and You confirm You acknowledge and accept that Your participation will be identifiable by other participants and that any information which You choose to create and /or share with the others will be available to Us and to other participants. We will use any material created inline with the main terms and conditions.
14. You also confirm that You acknowledge and accept there is a risk that other users may see and hear not only You, but also the space You are in when You receive the Item or Items, and its and thus Your surroundings, including any other people in or near.
15. You also confirm that You acknowledge and accept it is Your responsibility to identify and use a suitable location when participating in any such Item or Items where Clause 13 may apply, and that You will determine if You are content with Your privacy and that of others in such a location.
16. You also confirm that You acknowledge and accept there are potential risks in transmitting information using the internet which include but may not be limited to breaches of confidentiality, the theft of personal information, and where we strive to ensure only the highest and latest standards are used, We cannot guarantee or ensure privacy or confidentiality of any group discussion or session as a result.
